No Attorney-Client Relationship
Visiting this website, reviewing its content, submitting information, contacting Basis Law PLLC, scheduling or paying for a consultation, or communicating with the Firm does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship.

Submitting Information to the Firm
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, detailed tax records, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form or ordinary email unless Basis Law PLLC specifically directs you to an appropriate secure method.
Information submitted before an attorney-client relationship is established does not, by itself, create such a relationship. Communications from prospective clients may nevertheless be subject to applicable duties under the Rules of Professional Conduct. You should not assume that the Firm has agreed to represent you until an engagement has been expressly confirmed in writing.
